The Russian Defense Ministry reports successful strikes by Ka-52M attack helicopters on Ukrainian forces in Kursk Region, releasing video footage of the operation.

This follows a large Ukrainian incursion into the area last month, which Russia claims to have halted.

The Ka-52M, introduced in early 2023, is the most advanced variant in its family.

Russian estimates put Ukrainian losses at over 11,800 personnel and 800 armored vehicles since the incursion began.
